Hydraulic filter is a precision purification device in hydraulic power transmission system, which has the characteristics of multi-layer gradient filter material, pressure-resistant shell structure and pressure difference sensing interface. Its core function in hydraulic system is to achieve multi-level pollutant interception of working medium and ensure the physical integrity of energy transfer.

When metal wear debris and external intrusion particles enter hydraulic filter, it uses the triple barrier of fiber layer depth capture, metal mesh surface interception and polymer adsorption to classify and retain impurities according to particle size. High-precision filter material realizes rigid constraint on hard particles, and elastic filter layer captures colloidal precipitates through viscosity effect.

Microbubbles generated by high-pressure vortex increase the risk of cavitation. Hydraulic filter has multiple layers of filter screen, which can change the fluid speed, extend the bubble movement path and make it aggregate and float to reduce the risk of bubbles generated to increase equipment corrosion.

Failure of hydraulic filter will cause chain reaction. Because the filter element is saturated, the bypass valve is forced to open, and the unfiltered oil carries abrasive particles to impact the throttling edge of the servo valve, causing permanent loss of geometric accuracy. At the same time, system pressure pulsation induces cavitation corrosion of the pump body, eventually leading to a collapse in volumetric efficiency.
